In June 2025, through our wholly-owned subsidiary Hong Kong BGE Limited, we were officially granted the Virtual Asset Trading Platform Operator Licences by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong. This marks a significant milestone for the Group and paves the way for our expansion into the regulated FinTech sector, where we are actively building trading systems, custody infrastructure, compliance frameworks, cybersecurity protections, and risk management solutions to support the fast-growing demand for virtual asset services.
In addition to the Fintech services, we are also engaging in the provision of integrated design and building services in the medical and healthcare sectors with expertise in performing radiation shielding works, which is a revenue-generating segment and expected to bring a stable income to the Group.
